#Dr. Andre Panteleyev - Ph.D., P.Eng

Dr. Andre Panteleyev received B.Sc. (Honors), M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of British Columbia, Department of Geological Sciences. He has over 40 years experience in mineral deposit research and exploration and is recognized as an expert on porphyry copper and epithermal precious metal deposits. Dr. Panteleyev's professional experience includes nine field seasons in the Canadian Cordillera (western Canada's mountain range) working for Kennco Explorations (Western) Limited on porphyry copper exploration, and 25 years service with the British Columbia Geological Survey. He has worked and lectured extensively internationally in North, Central and South America, Europe and Asia. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, a fellow of the Geological Association of Canada, and a member of the Society of Economic Geologists. Currently Dr. Panteleyev is the principal owner of XDM Geological Consultants Inc. and since 1997 provides geological consulting services to a number of exploration companies.

 
#Dr. Gerald G. Carlson - Ph.D., P.Geo

Dr. Gerry Carlson has been involved in mineral exploration and exploration company management for over 30 years. Prior to forming Copper Ridge in 1999, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of La Teko Resources Ltd., a position he held until the acquisition of La Teko by Kinross in February, 1999. Prior to that, he was President of ConSil Corp. (June 1995 to November 1996) and Vice-President, Exploration, for Dentonia Resources Ltd. (February 1994 to May 1995). These positions included management of exploration activities from Alaska to Mexico and the Northwest Territories. Mr. Carlson's educational background includes a B.A.Sc. from University of Toronto in Geological Engineering and graduate studies in Economic Geology including a M.Sc. from Michigan Technological University and Ph.D. from Dartmouth College. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Almaden Minerals Ltd., Amera Resources Corporation, Golden Aria Corp. and Tarsis Capital Corp. Mr. Carlson is the President of the Society of Economic Geologists Canada Foundation, a past President of AME BC (formerly the British Columbia and Yukon Chamber of Mines) and, in 2003, was awarded the CIM's J.C. Sproule Award in recognition of his contributions to mineral exploration in Canada's north.

 
#Dr. David A. Terry - Ph.D., P.Geo

Dr. Terry has 20 years experience in the resource sector and has focused primarily on exploration for a wide spectrum of precious and base metal deposits throughout North and South America. He specializes in public company management, international projects, advanced project evaluation, acquisitions, and design and implementation of exploration programs. Dr. Terry holds a B.Sc. and Ph.D. in geology from the University of Western Ontario. In the course of his career he has held positions with a number of senior mining companies including Boliden Limited, Westmin Resources Limited, Hemlo Gold Mines Inc., Cominco Limited and Gold Fields Mining Corporation as well as spending several years with the British Columbia Ministry of Energy and Mines. Currently Dr. Terry is an executive and director of several public mineral exploration companies.
